In addition to the production of products constructed by us, we manufacture parts and devices based on the documentation entrusted by the customer.

We have extensive experience gained through the production of machinery and equipment components such as: chain hoists and handling systems for mining, winches, winch gears, aggregates and hydraulic motors, gears, bodies, foundations, frames, gear wheels and pinions. We work with customers from the following industries: mining, maritime, energy, construction machinery.

BASIC MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

cutting, welding with NDT tests, machine processing of details (turning, milling, boring, grinding, teeth cutting), painting, assembly and tests allow us to perform a comprehensive production process.

Having a diverse machine park - from high-class numerical machine tools to conventional machine tools - we have the ability to flexibly adapt to customer requirements - we can perform both serial and unit production, details of varying degrees of complexity.

We program CNC machines working on Sinumerik control using ShopTurn and ShopMil tools, we also have EdgeCAM software.

We weld structural steel, we also have licenses to connect structural steel with stainless steel. We employ a main welder with IWE qualifications and an NDT inspector. We encourage you to read our certificates and authorizations.

We have the Welding Procedure Qualification Record (WPQR):
