Następuje przejęcie przez grupę kapitałową Rolls-Royce

Powstaje spółka „Fama Sp. z o.o.” będąca własnością grupy Rolls-Royce

Następuje zmiana własnościowa. Właścicielami firmy zostają Andrzej Kutnik i Kazimierz Poznański

    The company "Fabryka Maszyn i Odlewnia (Agricultural Machinery and Foundry)" is established. The owner and founder of the company is Hans Scheller. The factory begins to produce agricultural machinery

  • 1856

    The factory is taken over by Fryderyk Mews - he introduces a series of technological modernizations, retrofits the foundry, introduces the first lifting appliances

  • 1896

    The factory is taken over by the brothers Otto and Hugo Papendick - another dynamic development takes place, the company's offer is extended by equipment for the distillery and milling industry

  • 1945

    Takeover of the factory by the Polish State

  • 1948

    New name "Państwowa Fabryka Maszyn Rolniczych i Odlewnia Żelaza nr 3 w Gniewie (State Agricultural Machinery Factory and Iron Foundry No. 3 in Gniew)"

  • 1951
